A straight path to success without hurdles and difficulties is unheard of; life always pulls its tricks to baffle you and test your mettle. Only the most resilient and determined ones will stand the tests. Francesca Chang, the epitome of success, didn’t have it easy either. Former lawyer had to make the tough decision of leaving a prestigious profession behind in search of peace and happiness. It was a life-changing decision marked by uncertainties and fears of failure, but she kept going, never lowering her bar, and it has worked wonders!

Francesca was never the one to be limited by mental blocks; she was predisposed to think out of the box, being parented by two people who never had a limiting mindset. The legal profession never felt right to her; she wasn’t happy doing it, and as hard as it was, she decided to say her final goodbyes to the law and set out to find a soul-satisfying, fulfilling profession for herself. She settled for travel blogging and life coaching, guiding others to break away from limiting and toxic situations and utilize their abilities to their maximum.

Francesca is succeeding in her new role as a life coach, helping people realize their worth and not stay bound to serve professions sucking life out of them. Her clients love her motivational words and winning strategies. She attributes her phenomenal success to two distinct characteristics:

  1.  A genuine desire to help others
  2. True and open about her life experiences

A genuine desire to help

Being a life-coach doesn’t require a degree; it works when you are truly interested in helping others. Those who have been through difficult situations and have been observant enough to learn important lessons can help others steer through the dark alleys of life without causing long-term damage.

For Francesca, a self-made life coach, the most important thing is to help others find purpose in life. She believes in professions that nourish your soul; a profession that gives you depression and anxieties is not worth your efforts. If you are caught in a toxic situation, then breaking away and starting from scratch is the right thing to do, and Francesca helps her clients navigate the new and unknown paths successfully.

True and open about her life experiences

Being true to yourself and about yourself is the best thing you can do to win others’ trust. A trust won this way will last longer because there are no wrong, unnatural expectations. Francesca shares her life genuinely with her clients; they know her life, her struggles, her lifestyle, and all that she does. There are no out-of-the-world expectations when your clients know all about you and still trust you.

Francesca is a straightforward, true person who affords her clients a sense of ease and comfort as they seek her help to reach the highest level of self-actualization. With her own inspirational story and travel chronicles, Francesca permeates a sense of urgency in her clients to end unhappy situations.
