Kendrick Tilghman is the CEO of 5 Starr Enterprise, based in Baltimore. He is an Engineer and MBA degree holder, devoted husband to Carole Tilghman, and a professional DJ. Music is his ultimate therapy as he believes it brings his soul out in the open. His unique business model has stolen the show as he mixes his musical skills as a DJ, with his academics to be the first STEM DJ.
He is a passionate advocate of Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math and firmly believes that it should be at the forefront of an educator’s mind in the world today. Spreading the awareness of STREAM, and enabling more and more children of America to be acquainted with it is the only way to dismantle the disappropriate representation of African-Americans and other minorities in the world force. Diversification is the need of the hour and Kendrick is working day and night to make it happen.

His career as a disc jockey has also been an amazing journey for him as he had the privilege to perform with Soulful Symphony, a 77 piece American Orchestra.
