Eric Torigian’s Journey from Quitting the Corporate World to Bringing World-Class HR to the Space

Many people are moving away from the corporate world for several reasons, including starting their own businesses, investing for financial freedom, or working on personal development. Similarly, Eric Torigian has also moved on from the corporate world to make employees’ lives worldwide easier and better.

Eric has served as a Chief Human Resource Officer for many big companies like Pepsi, Ford, NBC/Universal, etc. He maintains that he loved every minute of his job and has over 30 years of HR experience in the corporate world. Eric believes everyone should love their work, and because of that, companies can move forward in the markets with high-quality workers. But unfortunately, many companies need to pay more attention to human resources and take advantage of the opportunities that this department brings to their company.

One of the many reasons a company wouldn’t have an HR department include not having enough funds for HR or not knowing about HR. Eric is adamant about bringing HR to all companies through his business CHRO Solutions. This is also why he left the corporate world in January to build his own business and help other companies with their HR problems. His primary focus for this is small and medium-sized businesses, and he offers them fractional HR services to start their business journey.

Eric is also working on improving the workforce and is helping people get into jobs in companies where they are valued. He also guides people to set career goals and has set up a coaching service for employees called Career Coaching to get tips and tricks to land the job of their dreams. Eric offers 15 mins for a free consultation where you can avail of services like mock interviews, coaching, and support during and after layoffs.

With his increasing concerns for the HR market, Eric has also formed a club, The Career Mastery Club, where he helps people live the life they want doing the work they love. For Eric, it is about increasing the quality of work rather than quantity. He is supporting employees and small businesses to create meaningful and high-quality Human Resources.

To further spread his message and help people understand his motives and objectives, he also has a YouTube channel dedicated to explaining HR to people in hopes of increasing their awareness and knowledge. As times are changing and the corporate world is evolving, Eric is adamant about bringing change into the world of HR.
