Setting goals and then working to achieve them with all our might gives meaning and purpose to our lives. Yes, it is fantastic, but that’s not the only important thing. What’s more important is the type of person we become through this goal-getting journey. And we can see this through the life of Jermany Coney, a lifestyle influencer who has set herself a goal to assist black content creators like her in their social media ventures.

Jermany’s journey to success has been quite a bumpy road. It has been an enormous learning process for Jermany, who never gave up despite facing many NOs and failures. With her ultimate goal in mind, Jermany believed in herself and always looked out for new opportunities to accomplish her goals with dedication.

As for her ultimate objective, Jermany wants to help other black female content creators and assist them in their careers. She started her business, JermanyOnline, where she provides others, with what they are looking for through social media.

Growing up being a black woman in America, Jermany knew the struggles that women who look like her have to face. That is why she wants to become an advocate for their rights. She wants women to have voices of their own and have their say in community matters. Jermany wants them to stand up for themselves and stay determined and passionate.

As a black content creator, Jermany is always fighting for equality and equal pay. This has been one of the biggest challenges she has faced. Black content creators indeed get paid less than their fellow white content creators. Thus, Jermany has made it her mission to level the playing field and make social media a platform that is free of racism.

Jermany is using her influence and a massive following of 53.6K followers on Instagram to speak for the rights of black women and help fellow black content creators and creators of all colors, shapes and sizes to monetize as much as possible. Get to know more about Jermany’s goals, achievements, and lifestyle on her business website and Instagram account.
