Jim Larsen is currently a top leader in the Network Marketing circle. After drifting from one potential career to another, he became mindful of what he truly wanted and then set an intentional plan to achieve it. It was a long journey but he finally started pursuing his passion for business which eventually led to great heights of success.
Along his journey, Jim’s goals changed numerous times as he grew and his financial conditions improved. Initially, his goal was to make enough money to survive and to use his creative energy to make his boss proud of him. Once he realised his own potential to achieve bigger dreams, success no longer seemed out of the cards for him. In 2013, he decided to partner with a Direct Selling skincare company along with his wife to help make a few extra dollars. 7 years down the line, he was doing much more than just making more money. He had become one of the top 0.1% of people representing the company and grew a multi-million dollar business in an industry known for failure stories. After his newly found success, he authored a book, toured the country as a high-demand speaker in the Network Marketing circles, and started his coaching business.
Once he was at the top of the ladder of success, he realised that his goal to make $1 million a year had evolved into giving away $1 million a year. In order to successfully do that, he became motivated to make even more money. Jim is aware that making money is the by-product of solving problems. One of the problems highlighted by him was the lack of websites for business owners. As a solution, he created ‘Highlight Link’, a platform that will give people an online space to introduce themselves and achieve awesome things that bring lasting fulfillment.
He shares “I’m personally excited to see 10k users on the Highlight Link platform because I know the confidence that comes with having a gorgeous website to share with prospective clients or customers.” This confidence will empower people to grow their businesses, achieve goals, and make money.
Jim Larsen claims that when good people start making good money they can shift the power structure to changing the world. He not only aims to be one of these people but wants to help others join him as well. Hence, his goals have evolved over time from making money to helping others make money and change the world.
