Nathan Sharma Shares Some Business Tips That Helped Turn NIWE Academy into an Exemplary Multimillion-Dollar Business

Nathan Sharma, COO and owner of NIWE Academy, entered the business world in 2017. At first, he opened multiple online businesses, which included an e-commerce business and a B2B business. However, the collapse of these ventures led him to reevaluate his approach and motivated him to work towards reforming his family business.

After joining NIWE Academy, Nathan swore to turn the company into a full-fledged corporation. The journey to achieving this milestone, however, was not free of troubles. Nathan had to kick-start all operations with a restricted employee base. The company’s yearly revenue was six figures, and all systems and operations required an overhaul. Nevertheless, with due time and extensive efforts, Nathan was able to turn NIWE Academy into a world-class cosmetology business.

Nathan believes that fear and doubt are unavoidable when journeying through the entrepreneurial world. He is of the view that one cannot become a successful business owner until he learns to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

As an entrepreneurial coach, he guides emerging entrepreneurs on how to build successful business empires. He believes one must be aware of competitors, potential partnerships, and both internal and external variables that could affect your work. According to Nathan, the diverse experiences of the business world are of significant importance. They tend to shape you both as a person and a professional.

Other than that, Nathan kindles hope and enthusiasm amongst entrepreneurs. While it is important to accept being uncomfortable, he also stresses on the importance of consistency and dedicating your undivided attention to building your business.

Nathan suggests that discomfort is a mental state which can be defeated through tactics such as positive visualization and surrounding yourself with people who exhibit a positive mindset. His knowledge continues to enlighten many young minds across the globe.

Being a strong advocate of the quote “a man who chases multiple rabbits gets none,” Nathan suggests that rather than being a jack of all trades, you must focus on one or a maximum of two goals at a time. This ensures that you remain committed, find clarity, and practice mindfulness.

These lessons combined have helped Nathan achieve unprecedented success, and he aims to help others achieve the same. To find out more about his impact on the business world, click on the following link.
