Many people aspire to outshine their peers and leave their mark on the world. They want to be considered unique and known for the talent that makes them stand out from the rest. While some people have an innate ability to hone that talent and build a well-standing reputation around it all on their own, others might need a little help reaching their full potential.

Working as a motivator and coach for female entrepreneurs, Julia Hogarth has been helping individuals realize the vision they have for their small businesses. She assists them in working towards their goal with the help of her content creation and consulting business. She focuses on helping women bring constructive changes to their work lives, which, in turn, helps boost their creativity and positively impacts their personal and family lives. To help people find their niche and hone it to become even better, these are Julia’s go-to pointers that lead to fruitful outcomes.

Trust your talent

Women often perceive their talent in a negative light. Either they believe it to be of no use, or they do not believe that using that talent will bring any change to the world. Julia encourages people to have faith in their talent and trust it enough to allow it to shine. She firmly believes that no matter what the talent, it is worth sharing with the world. If she didn’t have faith in her ability to help people, Julia would never have been able to achieve what she has so far.

Be positive about what you create

Creators, in general, tend to think of their work as flawed. It doesn’t matter if one is baking a cake, writing a book, or formulating a new business plan – to the creator, nothing is good enough. Julia works hard on stamping out this particular thought process. With her upbeat and positive attitude, she encourages creators to be happy with whatever they have made and focus on the positives rather than the negatives. She also encourages them to celebrate what they have worked so hard on and achieved through sheer talent, determination, and persistence.

Always work on improving and upskilling your talent

People are always learning and evolving, and the same can be said for any talents they might possess. Through hard work, they can improve the skill sets they have been given and use them to their benefit. Julia believes in motivating people to invest in and hone their talent, find their weak spots, and work on strengthening their basic skills. This leads to better, positive outcomes that, in turn, help new entrepreneurs feel confident about their standing in a competitive environment.

Be inspired and energized

A business cannot thrive if the person behind it does not feel inspired. Inspiration is the fuel that feeds the fire within and pushes the individual to put their heart, mind, and soul into their business. The positive energy that they bring effects not only themselves but their team as well. Both of these aspects help creators produce the best version of their work. Julia makes sure that whenever she interacts with her employees or clients, she keeps an upbeat and positive attitude, which has led her to create a good rapport with everyone she comes across.
