The judicial conflict between Rocío Carrasco and Antonio David Flores seems to have no end. After Flores sued his ex-wife for non-payment of the maintenance of his son David Flores since 2018, the judge in charge of the case, Verónica Carabantes, has seen ” rational evidence of criminality in the conduct of Rocío Carrasco ,” for what is already known It has produced the opening of the oral trial against her, according to the Telecinco summer program .

Rociíto will be judged in less than a year, but she has no plans to testify. Now, the prosecution and the defense must send their writings to reach the Criminal Court, where Rocío Carrasco will be tried when the Justice so decides.

David Flores Carrasco came to testify against his mother last May. A statement that was produced at the request of the magistrate herself for the young man to decide whether to proceed with the lawsuit against his mother, since he is of legal age and is the one who must rule on the procedure initiated by his father.

The statement took place in the courts of Malaga by video call, as confirmed by Antonio David Flores’s lawyer, Jesús Garzón , who went to the Alcobendas courts to be present at the hearing. Speaking to Europa Press, the lawyer stated that the young man is “calm.” ” Yes, he has said that he wants to complain. He has said it in court and with that any doubt is dispelled ,” he explained, and announced that “there is much work to be done” and “many months of instruction.”
