Experts improve their existing products in the technology space to make them even better. This ever-evolving field of technology and development makes it hard for anyone to find space in the market and become a successful tech entrepreneur. Some individuals have, however, left their mark on the tech industry by changing and disrupting the market by introducing new ideas, inventions, and concepts. Having co-founded Hounder with Justin Hough, Joshua Northcott is one such individual.
Earning his degree in business and marketing from the California State University in San Bernardino, Joshua worked at The Press Enterprise and Esri. Working at Esri as a web developer, front-end developer manager, and web department director for almost a decade, he learned a lot about the tech industry. He found many gaps in the market for an urgent need for a company dealing in the software service industry. in the market for businesses that could adequately design and develop their brand or enterprise.
Once he became an expert at planning, creating, and implementing user-centered applications, campaigns, and websites, Joshua left his job and started his own company, Hounder. With Hounder, he aims to design and develop web experiences and products that generate actual results, such as increased sales and business profitability. He helps small entrepreneurs and big enterprises alike to create and build development plans, allowing them to excel at their business endeavors.
Today, Joshua and his all-star team at Hounder have clients like UL, Adobe, Esri, San Bernardino County, and the City of Los Angeles. He is adamant about giving the best experience to their clients by taking on selective projects at a time. Through this method, he is able to offer his clients state-of-the-art services by focusing wholly on them and providing bespoke solutions to their specific problems.
In the future, Joshua plans to expand Hounder’s operations by hiring top talent and expanding their client base across North America and beyond. He aims to build his company with great minds and unparalleled motivation to do better for the business community worldwide.
